1. What are the different types of subscription plans?


  • £35/month for 2 items

  • £45/month for 3 items

  • £55/month for 4 items, unlimited exchanges

  • For every extra item that is hired, it will cost an extra £10 in or monthly Bundle, hence £65/month for 5 items, £75/month for 6 items and so on. Please contact us if you require over 4 items per month for us to set this up.

  • All plans are based on a month to month charge basis and you can cancel your plan at anytime. Please read on for further information no 5. What if I want to cancel


2. What if I don't want to commit to a long-term subscription plan?


We get you! That is why all our plans are guaranteed cancel anytime. Please see point no.5 What if I want to cancel for further information


3. Can I change subscription plans during an existing subscription?

Most definitely. Just let us know at hello@bundlenjoy.com and we will either charge or refund you on a pro-rata rate.


4. What does it mean to be on the waitlist?

If you are placed on a waitlist, it means that our subscription is full at the moment. We can only support a limited number of subscribers at any one time to ensure that all subscribers get the best experience and have the most available inventory to choose from. As our collection grows and/or spots open up, we will contact the Bundle ‘n Joy mamas who are next in line to complete their registration and choose their first box.


5. What if I want to cancel?

All subscribers can cancel anytime by letting us know. Do let us know at least 5 business days before your next return or billing date, so that we can ensure all items are returned undamaged to our warehouse.


If you decided to cancel midway through a rental period, we will charge you the pro-rata rate up to the date of cancellation (as above, please ensure you inform us at least 5 business days in advance). We will refund the balance to you.


6. My subscription has ended but why has my credit card been charged for one extra month?

This additional charge of one month’s fee will be refunded once all items have been returned to us undamaged.


7. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes you may, so long as you have not confirmed shipment of the items.

8. Can I have a bespoke subscription plan?
Yes, we will certainly try to accommodate! For e.g. some of our customers have chosen to go for a fortnightly plan instead of monthly. Do contact us at hello@bundlenjoy.com to discuss.
