Shipping and Returns

1. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We currently do not cater to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses but we aim to in the near future!


2. How long does delivery take after I confirm shipment of my items?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped and delivered. We use the delivery company Hermes to ensure your items are delivered on time but unfortunately delays may happen with Hermes which we are not responsible for.


3. How long can I keep the items for?

 Your rental period coincides with your billing cycle.


A few days before the return date, we will inform you to return your items and pick out items for the next month.


Your next box can only be checked out and shipped when we receive confirmation from Hermes that your current box has been dropped off or collected for return.


4. How do I return my items?

5 days before your items are due for return, we will email you a returns label that you will need to print and attach to your box.

If you chose to return your box via ParcelShop drop off, please drop your box at a myHermes ParcelShop; you can find your nearest drop off point here. Please note that the label expires after 7 days and if you do not drop your box off within the 7 days, you will have to contact us to send you a new label that will be charged back to you.  Please note that you will additionally incur a late fee if you have not dropped your box off by your return date.

If you chose your items to be collected via courier collection, the pick up date would have been booked by our team for your return date. Hermes courier collection is anytime between 0800-2000 and we cannot specify a specific time slot. Please ensure that there is someone available to hand the box to the courier on this day between 0800-2000 from your collection address  If you would like us to change the return date pick up, please contact us at least 3 business days in advance so that we can change it.

Please note that if you are based within zones 1-6 in London, returns will be done via ParcelShop drop off only.

Please ensure that the items are returned to us by the return date. Your return date coincides with your billing date.


5. When is my return date?

 Your return date is stated in your online invoice and coincides with your billing date.


For example, if you first signed up on April 2nd, then your next billing cycle falls on May 2nd. May 2nd will also be your return date.


6. What if my return date ends on a weekend or public holiday?

Currently, we only have Saturday returns or deliveries (but not Sunday or public/Bank holidays). If your Return Date falls on a Sunday or public/Bank holiday, please return the items on the next business day. However, we can offer Sunday and public/Bank holiday deliveries and returns for an extra fee, this will be calculated and quoted when you sign up with us.

7. Can I return my items early?

Certainly. Unfortunately, this does not accelerate the selection and shipment date for your next box of items.

8. I’ve selected the items for my next box but why am I not able to confirm shipping? 

You may only confirm shipment of the next box when we receive confirmation from Hermes that your current box has been dropped off for return.


9. Where do you ship? 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland addresses. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the Channel Islands, including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. However, we are working to change this!

10. What will happen if I lose or damage my Bundle 'n Joy box and/or reusable packaging?

We aim to reuse our boxes and packaging at least once to reduce the waste generated by packaging. However, we understand that accidents do happen! Please return the clothes in a box of your own if the box and packaging is not fit for use anymore.

11. Can I pick up and return my box in person?

Yes! Please contact us directly at hello@bundlenjoy.com to arrange this. Our depot is based in East London, within Zone 1/2. We will also give you a discount off your entire subscription plan as a yay! to reducing the carbon footprint of postage.
